3.     To encourage olive oil consumption as a nutritious and healthy product that carries great cultural value and that deserves a prominent role in high gastronomy.
4.     To present the typical characteristics of each olive oil as well as the trends in the olive oil industry, both for experts and consumers, in order to raise their awareness of world olive oil production.
5.     To help consumers choose the best olive oils in the world thanks to the quality certification provided by the “Athena” seal on all award-winning bottles
